Bookworm Wednesday

I went to Writing Group last nite (call the Bookshelf if you're interested!) and we met some visiting writers - they told us all about their novel (hisorical non-fiction) and their writing process. Some similar author opportunities are coming up!

Monday, Jan. 25th - Cocktail reception for Kim Huston, author of Small Town Sexy. Come meet the girl who's promoting small town living with a city flair.

Friday, Jan. 29th - Writer's luncheon at the Cultural Center. Cassandra King, Janice Owens and Michael Morris will be telling all... about the writer's life and maybe a little writing gossip. There's even been talk of one Mr. Pat Conroy (King's husband) dropping in.
